The people of River Park South have organized one of the finest community centres in the city. The Dakota Community Centre offers a variety of team sports with lots of opportunity to participate. The facilities at the Centre will continue to grow with the community. Club facilities include twin indoor ice arenas with 7 multipurpose rooms. Future plans include additional baseball and soccer fields, a toboggan run, a trail system and retention pond, and an indoor pleasure/leisure swimming pool.
